Our school mats are cleaned on a daily basis with a specially designed cleaning agent that neutralizes bacteria, fungus, and odors without detriment to the equipment. Background checks and CPR certification are required of all staff.

Classes are designed for ages 3 through adults of all ages. It is never too late to begin, and all members are asked to respect the limitations of their training partners.
