Great place to train for both me and my son. The foundational expertise is fantastic for someone new to the sport. The advanced knowledge taught by professor Jason keeps my game evolving and allows both me and my son to progress.
It's hard work, but I know we are improving. Jujitsu gives us both a goal to strive for along with confidence in our abilities.

Consistent schedule for those who work. Quick to get from Stafford Garrisonville or Rt1/Embry Mill. 1.2 miles from the hospital. Great atmosphere and a place for families or kids to sit and watch class.

Great location to train and learn fundamentals if you’re just getting into Jiu Jitsu or trying to excel in the sport for competitions. Professor Jason really takes his time making sure you understand all the moves to progress in your journey and prevent from any injuries. Highly recommended especially for families. Gracie Barra motto states that “Jiu Jitsu is for Everyone” and this couldn’t be more accurate.

My 9 y/o son and I both attend Gracie Barra Fredericksburg. I have known professor Jason and professor Christian for a few years. Their knowledge base and teaching styles are both exceptional.
Jiu-Jitsu is important to me because it instills a sense of community and gives you a practical and realistic way to defend yourself, while providing a sense of accomplishment. Gracie Barra Fredericksburg definitely fosters principles that align with my own and are worth teaching to my son.
